    1 day = 2,000 burnt/consumed ((on average)) ((and of course,, this is for maintaining your weight))
    In three days, to lose 10 pounds, you would have to burn 35,000 calories. In three days, your normal person burns 6,000 calories.
    1 mile walked = 100 calories burnt
    So, one way to pull this off is not eating for those three days ((-6,000 cal.)) And then youd have to walk 29 more miles at an at least moderate pace in those 36 hours you're awake. Thats less than a mile each hour,, but then youd have to be doing vigorous walking anyway,, so its safe to say youd be doing that all clumped together.
    My point? Yup,, military work for sure. Its stunning to me.

  6. Listen. My rule in life. Eat anything you want. Just hit the gym 5 times a week for 1 hour a day. Done. I eat one large pizza 3 dipping sauces and almost 2 liters of Diet Coke for lunch . And I lost like 10 ponds in a week.

I dont think this was meant to be a way of life…I think this is a diet if you need to loss 10 pounds in 3 days…I understood this when I did it…I did it for a month & it helped me loss the weight I needed to loss…You can Google 10 pound medical diet it will give you same results 10 ponds in 3 days…the medical diet…has different choices of foods…& you can substitute or swap a different food item…for another…I am not a expert, in any way shape or form…I had a wedding I was going to & that why I took the diet & did exactly what it said…because when we want results…We do what we need to do for those results…I walked & drank Cold water…to help me feel full…I used 2 pound hand weights…& went up & down my flight of stairs alot for my legs…it worked for me…& yes once I went back to eating crazy I did gain some weight back

  8. I actually did this diet back in the late eighties but I still used sugar in my tea. I did the first day only repeatedly and had a healthy dinner. I had broccoli because I hate green beans. I lost fifty pounds in two months. I've been looking for this diet because I had my back broken last October and gained seventy pounds from being bed ridden.
