  1. Hit and miss. A show's longevity hasn't as much to do with quality as people like to believe. Firefly proved that. Glad B5 was on there, and pleasantly surprised Farscape made it too. Tried Red Dwarf, but that's 3 hours of my life I'll never get back. There's other shows I think are are more deserving to be on the list.

  2. Here's some shows that should get honorable mentions: Lexx, Tripping the Rift, Mission Genesis, The Orville, Dark Matter, Outcasts, and Babylon 5. Love the list, though!

  3. Babylon 5 should be number one for me, as much as I love all things Trek, B5 just did most things better. It has forever lived somewhat in the shadows (ironically) of Trek, but it is still very much worth a look for those who havn't seen it. The effects have undoubtedly aged at this point, but the brilliant characters and entwined narratives are still very much there. Firefly is up there however and nice to see Red Dwarf on the list.

  4. They put the BSG remake above the original. And they put the original Star Trek above TNG.

But the original changed TV forever while TNG expanded on that, while the original BSG was even though a cult classic it didn't have the influence as the remake in my opinion.

  5. Disappointed that you chose to only show clips from the first season of Babylon 5 instead of the better quality of the second season onwards; the least you could have done was show a clip of a Shadow vessel. No wonder B5 gets such a bad rap when lists like these deliberately downplay its quality. Oh I forgot to mention that it was pretty much the first Sci-Fi (or any other franchise) to have an established 5-year story arc before such things were common place?

  6. Ok I'll give you Star Trek, Doctor Who and Red Dwarf; but bloody Firefly and Battlestar Galactica ahead of Babylon 5? Na. B5 was imo, before Breaking Bad came out, the greatest tv series ever made. All sci-fi fans should watch it.

  7. Generally good, but I would have put Andromeda on the actual list and put Galactica a little bit further down because of its vague use of unexplained higher powers as a plot element

  8. It's funny how that #5 is "Babylon 5".
Try to do a video that tributes to Babylon 5; also a video about the Top 10 facts about a British show called "Freefonix."
How about do videos that only relate to cinema from now on okay.

  9. One season of firefly and it still made the list and rightfully so, that really speaks volumes. I cant even argue with anything here. Expanse is excellent, i loved this season of Star Trek Discovery, Stargate SG1 is one of my favorite shows every, Dr Who i respect but its not my type of sci fi, Battlestar Gallactica earned its spot, Id say the weak spot is that British show though ive never seen it so eh, Watch Mojo got it pretty much dead on for this list

  10. From a purely technical standpoint BSG is better than Babylon 5. But if we're talking about a strong, well thought out story with amazing characters Babylon 5 is by far better. BSG is a badly conceived, contrived directionless mess with motivations and plotlines that make no sense.

  11. Excellent job on this list. Thank you for leaving off the horrible ST Discovery and I agree with Dr. Who and thank you for not making an issue of what seems to be Dr. Who impending sex change at witch point they will have shoved diversity too far down my throat and I will no longer watch. You did an excellent job I have to agree with almost everything.

  12. Thank god, I thought you were actually going to put Discovery on this list for a second. That would have been a disaster. I would personally rank go with Battlestar as the best, then Babylon 5, then Firefly, then Star Trek (probably TNG or even DS9 for me). The Expanse and Farscape are the only other ones I've seen, and they absolutely deserves a spot.
