  1. Im gonna get some hate but. . . If you need a belt or straps, you cant lift the weight. Period. Lift lighter, build up and stop being a dumbass.

    In before, "pros use straps and belts. . ." mhm and they depend on that shit to lift 600+ pounds, they cant lift that shit normally.

  3. I think that chick at 1:30 was doing “pin squats”. Except I didn’t see her touch the safety bars. Anyways If you want to build some serious strength. I would recommend trying it out✌️
