  1. hey guys
life is real and beautiful, walking outside and looking up at the sky, seeing it for what it is, looking around you, people walking, birds chirping, cars screeching, the wind breeze blowing, it is all alive, it is all real and it is all within us , it is life, and what makes it all happen is the power of love

  2. Tearfully beautiful thought points about suffering and what really matters at the end of life. Recall the movie, Tuesdays with Morrie -"The truth is, Mitch, once you learn how to die, you learn how to live". Thank you Dr. Miller for sharing your courageous life narrative and for all that you are doing to promote palliative care and hospice services. Stay Gold and never give up.

  3. Why can't we have more physicians like this and with this mentality….or even these practice be accepted more? I think healthcare and Drs and nurses wouldn't seem so scary. We need more compassion in health care and less apathy.

  4. My biggest thing is loneliness
I am so tired of being lonely
I have a construction company I am 62. I work about 6 1/2 days a week as many hours as I can. I hate to come home because no one cares if I am home at all
I have two great sons. Three great grandsons.
They live there lives way far away.
So I have been single fir so many years it’s hard to figure out how many. Can’t find someone to care about. They all seem to have so many problems it’s better to be alone
So there you go I am alone. I give up.
I have seen so much and been though so much. Both Dude did my family is gone. I have a few distant cousins. It seem I have given up hope to have a relationship
Do you know how many times I have heard theses words. Well when you stop looking it will happen.
I spend my soars time helping people. That seem so help me is a lot of ways. Anyway that’s my story
God bless you all if you read my post

  5. Am I the only one that's finding it a little hard to focus because of how cute/charming this man is? =l
His eyes, expression, and the way he carries himself; it's like they're telling a story of their own.

  6. Why oh why do we have to keep people alive to the bitter often painful end? I will see the first real glimmer of compassion in humanity when we allow sick people to decide when they want to die and then help them do it peacefully. Until then we are nothing but fear driven barbarians.
