  1. We need to see you two eating almonds, walnuts, and pistachios. Show us. Never buy walnuts out of a shell? Put the nutcracker on the table. Put the walnuts in a container of water on the table. Show us how you dry them and then set them out for the two of you to eat. I know you said for almonds, they should be sprouted. Show us that too. Thank you! Stephen

  2. Pam, thank you for answering me. I was not willing to do the rest of the detox. I found the combinations of herbs and leaves really hard to incorporate. It was messy and I did not like the taste. I am still eating mostly raw. They make it look so easy to create these recipes. I have been making things but it really takes a lot out of me. I guess I have to keep practicing. It would be so nice if I had help!!! I am doing it though!!!

  3. I love my coconut yogurt with just one small capful of the pro-biotics. I added more of the probiotic to make it healthier, but I didn't like it. I had to laugh when Lou started to mention it. I knew exacty what he was talking about. God I love you guys. I know I will meet you some day!! Bye the way, I started the detox program. I used the juicer and the vitamix together. I am not happy with my juice. It's pretty bad!!!!! I don't have the fancy juicer. Can't put the herbs in it.

  4. Dan, I started the detox program today. Can I have tea with honey and stevia? Also, I am hungry. It is 10:11 am. I will have some more green drink. I already finished the first one. Started it at 6:15 am. Find it extremely bitter, but always willing to do anything to be healthy!!! Sheila

  5. It is very high fat. It's healthy fat but you will still gain weight if you have enough of it. If your diet is mostly the fruits, vegetables and sprouted grains, then add the fats, nuts and seeds a little less you'll stay lean and still benefit from the greatness of the coconut almond yoghurt!

  6. Love your videos, incredibly inspiring. Is there a recipe book in the works?
I'm considering transitioning from vegan diet to raw vegan but find it challenging without getting too skinny even though i consume soaked nuts and seeds on a daily basis.
