  2. Food should not be bad for you…… processed food has too much fat, salt, sugar and additives in them making them unhealthy. People need to go to their favorite food processors website, click on the CONTACT link and send them an email asking them to reduce the amount of fat, salt, SUGAR and additives in the foods they produce. Their common answer is that they are producing what the customers want. You have to let them know that consumers want healthier food choices with less salt, fat and SUGAR in them. It only takes a minute to send them an email, text or tweet. Food should not be bad for you. There is an obesity epidemic leading to increases in heart disease, high blood pressure and cancer. Do something…Make a difference…..

  3. Bike to work day should be everyday….. employers needs to provide places to park and lock bicycles and encourage employees to ride a bicycle to work. Children should be riding a bike to school instead of being dropped off by their parents. Cities need to do more to provide safe walking and biking trails and paths that connect homes, schools and businesses. Speak up and ask for more bicycle paths in your community.

  4. I just started today! My husband sat here with me watching you while he ate a big piece of lemon marangue pie and he felt sooo guilty after he just left the room. Maybe he will start tomorrow? I hope! I also hope I have the willpower to do this. I want what you have so much. I can't stand my belly. I call it my flabalanche. I want to look as good as you do and I have a way to go. Thank you for your videos.  I have recently made a lifestyle change due to 2 lumps found and I knew the way I was felling something serious was wrong.   I did not go to the Dr. about it instead searched for alternative treatments.  Firstly I found Dr. Lorraine Day….her information blew my mind.  Then I kept going on my search, now have watched so many of your videos and your information helps soooo much.  It has been 2 weeks totally raw-vegan, lumps have decreased, feeling 200% better but still have a long way to go  🙂 God Bless

This is a very good video..but some raw vegans or raw paleo people can still have some weakneses with sodium, fats..etc….it is not a cure all diet, but you have to know what you are doing..you look very healthy though..I don't know what you are doing..I wear no liquid foundation…and I have vibrant dance videos…completely high on life…what people look like is not proof of vibrancy…the raw food community talks a lot..let's see you dance…act young…don't just talk….we need to see proof….not just looks…

  8. I have noticed that on the days I do raw or mostly raw, I don't have as much gas or bloated feeling. But even still my digestive track is really bad. I've been on raw til 4 for 10 months and have been doing more raw days lately. I know my bloating isn't from unripe fruit or combining the wrong fruit. I just think i have a bad digestive track. How would you ease into doing the raw lifestyle to prevent so much bloatedness. Also… I'm just confused on how much fruit and veggies to eat. Raw til 4 I know how much fruit go eat and then I eat rice or potato for dinner. thank you in advanced!

  9. Nikolina, it only took me six months for all cellulite to disappear, it was actually my husband who noticed and was so amazed at the beautiful results! I brisk walked every day and did dry brushing daily before my shower. I didn't do the rebounder which has been recommended for this also. Yes, only low fat raw foodism, dry brushing and walking got rid of years of cellulite! Yeah!
