  1. So basically our ancestors learned to process foods to make them safer and more nutritious. A lot of fitness gurus that preach "low processed" foods… even closer to raw if possible. It's a poor generalization. It makes sense for say things with hydrogenated fat which we artificially make and has been banned and due to be phased out of our food products. I knew a for a fact before this video that tomatoes are more nutritious cooked.

  2. Saltwater crocodiles sometimes store their prey under water to let it rot to make it soft/ripe. Seems like cooking to me, kind of like the fermentation techniques humans use for fish sauce or so.

  3. Nobody believes in us coming from apes anymore.
    This is nothing to do with religion, man.
    We're just smarter now and realize that this just isn't true.
    There are those who say we grew alongside them (Bill Nye) but nobody says we came from them!
