  1. I agree with all of those expect for the fact that I would've said the Independence Day Duology (Independence Day and Resurgence), the Die Hard Franchise (Die Hard, Die Hard 2, Die Hard with a Vengeance, Live Free or Die Hard and A Good Day to Die Hard), the Alien Franchise (Alien, Aliens, Alien 3, Resurrection, Alien vs. Predator, Requiem, Prometheus and Covenant), The Lord of the Rings Trilogy (The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers and The Return of the King), The Matrix Trilogy (The Matrix, Reloaded and Revolutions) and finally the 2000's Duology (2001: A Space Odyssey and 2010).

I also hope you didn't make this video just because Terminator 2: Judgement Day is coming out in 3D

  2. Some movies make better use of 3-d than others especially if filmed in 3-d instead of formatted! However ,I still don't feel like they take advantage of the possibilities! I've seen some stuff in 3-d that is just awesome but other times it's like what happened! The 3-d aspect adds to any movie but filmed with the expensive 3-d cameras ! The formatted movies never look as good! My problem is that the possibilities are limitless and could be sooo cool but they just fall flat ! I understand trying to avoid getting carried away with the 3-d effects , so as not to be too gimmicky and sacrifice story for the wow effect , but the in your face aspect is one of the selling points so why not use and exploit it ! It seems the intentions are honorable but the fear factor of above keeps the movie makers from utilizing the greatest aspects of the gimmicky effect of in your face effects! It's supposed to add fun to the experience! Sometimes stories are bad anyway and the 3-d could make it at least watchable! A movie without 3-d is just flat! If I have a choice , whenever a movie is released for home sale , I ALWAYS CHOOSE 10 x out of 10 the 3-d version because even at it's worst and given a terrible movie, the 3-d makes an otherwise bad movie watchable however a bad movie – the 3- d and I'll pass mostly! I just wish all movies utilized the 3-d like some of the in your face possibilities! BTW , I've been a lifetime fan of 3-d dating back to theatrical red and green glasses since I saw a spaghetti Western called Coming At Ya! at the show back in 1981! I own a DVD copy with red and green glasses but have seen it rereleased on Blu-ray 3-d with the new process which isn't as blurry as the old process!
