  1. The Apple store was a great idea and a very well executed concept. It was so well done that MS ripped off the entire look and feel for their own stores.
But now a days I hate going into that store. Last time I went into one to buy a keyboard cover, it was hanging so high up, that at 6 feet tall, I had to use another item to knock it off the hook. No one bothered to help. Then I had to try to find a cashier, but they didn't have a cash wrap. Finally, I found an employee using an ipad as a register who seemed annoyed when I asked her if she could ring up my item.

  2. The revival of Apple (~1999-2006) was probably the only time I really loved them. They were ok in 2007-11, but after Jobs left, Apple really started to annoy me. These days, Apple seems optimized to only take your money. Nearly all of their computers have very few upgrade options.

  3. This was Steve in his element and you can see it in his face when the video starts. Although he was well-known for being cantankerous and short-tempered, he was never happier than when an idea he had in his head came to fruition in reality. He loved taking something people didn't know they needed and making them wonder how they ever lived without it.
