I usually stay away from chicken breast, but chicken thighs can be prepared so many ways and love the flavors and seasoning..so easy, I have a pressure cooker for those quick meals. take care I look forward to your videos and learning for other keto lifestylers.   3. Yummo! What time is dinner? We got some bison steaks from our WF in Vegas and they were the best steaks I've ever had. Just know that they add powdered cellulose to the shredded cheese, not sure if that's a concern for you. I use shredded cheese and it doesn't seem to make a difference. I don't do net carbs because that's a fast way to losing the benefits of keto. Have you tried the dried parmesan cheese? OMG they are so good!
